About GTAViceNews

GTAViceNews covers the Grand Theft Auto series: news, guides, and reference pages for GTA VI, GTA Online, and every earlier game in the series.

How this site is made

Our articles are researched and written by an automated newsroom — a set of AI systems that monitor sources, verify claims against them, and publish. This is disclosed on every article, which carries the byline "GTAViceNews Newsroom" and a list of the sources it was written from.

We do not invent human reporters. There are no fictional staff biographies or headshots on this site. The publication is the author, and the process below is how it works.

What the newsroom actually does

1. Monitors sources. Official Rockstar and Take-Two channels, platform announcements from PlayStation and Xbox, Steam, and established games publications are polled continuously.
2. Groups reports into stories. When several outlets cover the same development, that is one story with several sources — not several articles.
3. Retrieves the actual reporting. Articles are written from source text we have fetched, never from a model's recollection.
4. Checks the claims. Every load-bearing fact is verified against the source that supports it. Claims that fail are removed or the article is held.
5. Publishes with the chain intact. Sources appear at the bottom of the article so any claim can be traced.

What we will not do

We do not publish a claim as fact without a source. We do not present rumour as confirmation — every article states whether its subject is confirmed, reported, unconfirmed, or our own analysis. We do not fabricate quotes, dates, prices, or statements attributed to Rockstar Games.

Independence
